Can West Thunder Now Accepting Player Applications for 2020/2021 Season

Can West Thunder hopes that everyone is staying safe and healthy as we navigate our new normal. We recognize that we are surrounded by uncertainty when it comes to approval to hit the ice again, but just know that Can West is eagerly awaiting the 2020-2021 HSL hockey season and can’t wait to get started.  Since we are unsure when and how our ID skates will work, we would like to begin accepting player applications for the upcoming 2020-2021 HSL season.

The Can West HSL program is designed for competitive hockey players who have the desire and ability to play at a high level of competition and are willing to invest a reasonable amount of time training, on and off the ice. The emphasis is on improvement of all basic skills, plus tactical and psychological preparation.

The objectives of Can West Hockey are:

  • Achieve a degree of excellence, according to the player’s interest and potential
